Delete Your Account – Yaaqut POS

If you want to delete your Yaaqut POS account and associated data, you can request deletion by contacting us. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please follow these steps:

1. Use the email address linked to your Yaaqut POS account (the one you use to sign in with Google).
2. Use the subject line: “Account deletion request – Yaaqut POS” (optional, but helps us respond faster).
3. Clearly state that you want to delete your account and associated data.

We will confirm receipt of your request and then process it. If identity verification is required, we may reply asking for clarification.

What We Will Delete

After your request is processed, we will:

• Delete or anonymize your account data (such as profile details, email, name, phone number, address, and profile picture).
• Delete or anonymize business and membership data linked to your account (including business memberships and roles).
• Delete or anonymize synced data stored on our servers (such as products, parties, transactions, categories, payment methods, warehouses, and media references), where legally permitted.

Important notes:

• Data stored only on your device (phone or tablet) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data. We cannot delete data from your device remotely.
• In certain cases, we may retain some data for a limited time for legal, security, or backup purposes. After that period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

How Long It Takes

We aim to complete account deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request. If your account involves multiple businesses or shared data, processing may take longer. If so, we will inform you.

After Your Account Is Deleted

• You will no longer be able to sign in to Yaaqut POS using that account.
• Deleted data cannot be recovered.
• If you use the app again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
